Do you clean in light rain?
Yes. Purified-water window cleaning can still produce a good finish in light rain. Work is rearranged when conditions are unsafe or likely to affect quality.
What if my gate is locked?
Please make sure access is available before the visit. Accessible areas may still be cleaned and the scheduled charge can still apply.
Do you clean frames and sills?
Yes, frames, glass and accessible sills are included in the normal exterior window-cleaning service.
Is a conservatory roof included?
No. A conservatory roof is a separate service and can be requested through My Clear Quote.
How do I know when you are coming?
Regular customers normally receive a reminder the evening before the clean and can view useful information in their private portal.
